Poulvac IB Primer is a live freeze dried vaccine used for the early protection of broiler, layer and breeder. The D-274 serotype of IB Primer cross protects at the tracheal level against challenge strains along with marked protection for H-120. Excellent synergistic effect for longer protection.
Composition
• 2 strains in one dose of IB Primer vaccine.
H-120 = Mass strain.
– D-274 = Variant strain.
Indications
Poulvac IB Primer is recommended in the broilers, layers & breeders for the protection of IB & IB Variant infection. This vaccine cross protects against 793-B, Italion 02 and QX-Like as well.
Method of Administration

Poulvac IB Primer is recommended to be sprayed at Day Old or at 1st weak of age via drinking water.
Single shot in commercial broiler Spray / Eye Drop at hatchery.
Second shot is recommended in long live bird at the age of 10-12 week via Spray / Drinking Water / Eye Drop.
Precautions
– Vaccinate only healthy birds.
Use entire contents when first opened.
