Tylosin, a macrolide antibiotic, is active against gram-positive bacteria like staphylococcus, streptococcus, some spirochetes, actinomyces, mycoplasma, haemophilus pertussis, and some gram-negative cocci. Tyflox is the most bio available form of tylosin, containing over 90% factor A. Tyflox is formulated with small particle size to allow superior solubility.
Tylosin is a broad spectrum antibiotic having a bacteriostatic effect on susceptible organisms, caused by inhibition of protein synthesis through binding to the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome.
Indications:
Tyflox is used for the control of mortality caused by chronic respiratory disease (CRD) associated with mycoplasma gallisepticum and mycoplasma synoviae. It can be used to control necrotic enteritis (NE) associated with clostridium
Dosage:
Prevention: 1gm per 4 litre of drinking water for 3 to 5 days. Treatment: 1gm per 2 litre of drinking water for 3 to 5 days.

Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
